Scrum Master - Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint discipline. - Monitor sprint velocity, capacity, and progress. - Ensure Jira governance, compliance, and reporting. - Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers. - Drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement. - Provide clear stakeholder communication and reporting. - Coordinate across cross-functional teams and squads. Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps. - Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Experience working in Data / Cloud / Azure programs, including exposure to platforms such as Databricks Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps lifecycle.
