Senior ServiceNow Consultant Position
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow consultant to join our team. As a leading expert in ServiceNow, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement tailored ServiceNow applications.
You will lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
In addition to technical expertise, strong communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
* Lead complex customizations using scripting and automation tools.
* Architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.
* Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions.
Requirements
* Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
* Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (minimum); a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.
* 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.)
* Strong scripting and automation skills (Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer)
* Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflows
* Proven client-facing experience, able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders
* Fluent in English (written & verbal)
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate in fast-paced, high-impact projects
Nice to Have
* Experience with App Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF
* Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
* Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.)
* Previous experience delivering solutions to US-based enterprise clients
