Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Training Operations Coordinator to support our customers in Frankfurt and collaborate with the Indian team.
The ideal candidate will analyze training needs, manage session creation and modification, coordinate training sessions, and ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.
* Manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation
* Coordinate training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability
* Collaborate with the Indian team for changes/updates in training events/programs
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations
* Experience in an international work environment
* Strong understanding of the training landscape
* Customer service-oriented mindset
* Team player
* Effective communication skills
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities
