The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive product experiences in fast-paced startup environments.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct research, testing, and evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency;
* Mentor junior designers and provide feedback within the team.
Requirements
* Full proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate internationally;
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security or technical tools;
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma and prototyping tools such as Framer;
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
* Experience working in agile environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;
* Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
