We are seeking a highly experienced Mendix Architect with deep expertise in low-code platforms to drive the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant adoption of the Mendix platform across the organization. You will play a key role in shaping our low-code strategy, guiding development teams, and delivering robust solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Security & Access Management: Define, implement, and enforce security, identity, and access management frameworks for the Mendix platform.
* Hosting & Connectivity: Oversee hosting models, infrastructure setup, and integration with enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high availability.
* Compliance & Best Practices: Establish and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, coding standards, and development best practices.
* Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance, mentor development teams, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
* Platform Implementation: Lead platform setup, solution architecture design, and end-to-end delivery, from strategy to execution.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, IT, and security stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Requirements:
* 10+ years in solution architecture, including 3–5 years in low-code platforms (Mendix strongly preferred).
* Proven track record in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise low-code solutions.
* Strong technical knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP), integration patterns (APIs, microservices, middleware), and enterprise security practices.
* Demonstrated leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, defining architectural roadmaps, and delivering at scale.
* Experience with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in enterprise environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of bridging business and technology needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Mendix Advanced/Expert Certification.
* Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud hosting strategies.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in low-code environments.
