Job Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with key end-user accounts. In this position, you will actively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve sales targets, which includes creating and implementing strategic account plans focused on securing enterprise-wide deployments of cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives on all sales activities for assigned territories, including planning and execution
* Achieve booking quotas, new business, and product targets through effective pipeline management
* Work with your Enterprise Sales Engineer, MDR Sales Specialist, and Customer Success to drive growth and customer satisfaction
* Support Enterprise Account Executive on customer/prospect calls, including taking the lead on calls as needed
* Coordinate with internal teams to generate and deliver winning contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and statements of work
* Collaborate with and leverage internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Take ownership of administrative account needs, such as quoting, tech support escalations, professional services bookings, and customer licensing cases
* Manage accurate account information in CRM and forecasting systems
* Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and opportunities within prospect and customer accounts
* Oversee the entire customer engagement process, from customer acquisition to development and retention
* Maintain a deep understanding of strategic customer accounts' business needs to align cybersecurity solutions with desired outcomes
Requirements:
* Proven knowledge and experience in selling technology solutions, preferably at the enterprise level
* A track record of developing and managing a pipeline of business opportunities
* Strong strategic and tactical account planning skills
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Business acumen with the ability to identify high-value opportunities for cybersecurity solutions
