What We Do:
This role is part of our Finance team, focused on Financial Planning and Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and be able to assess opportunities ahead while helping us make sound business decisions.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) analyst will have full visibility into Teachable's Profit & Loss statement, with an emphasis on labour financial performance and forecasting models. This role reports to the FP&A Manager and involves various finance needs across the company.
1. Update actuals and forecasts for monthly Labour process;
2. Build up labour-related Balance Sheet accounts & Cash Flow statements;
3. Collaborate with HR & teams on workforce planning, analyzing data & developing insights;
