Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce brand, find a Brand Manager to support the Brand Director and broader marketing team with day‑to‑day brand operations, campaign coordination, and project execution. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow into a more strategic brand role over time. You’ll play a key role in keeping marketing initiatives running smoothly by coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
Brand & Account Support
Support brand onboarding processes and assist with ongoing client communication.
Help schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas for internal and external calls.
Maintain and update client presentations, reports, and project decks.
Serve as a point of contact for communication via email, Slack, and internal tools.
Follow up with internal team members to ensure alignment and task completion.
Assist in brainstorming sessions, note‑taking, and translating insights into actionable next steps.
Marketing Support
Update and maintain marketing calendars and annual brand roadmaps.
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with channel leads to gather updates across Influencer, Affiliate, Amazon, and Paid Media.
Conduct basic research on seasonal trends, competitors, and campaign ideas.
Assist with KPI tracking, performance reporting, and budget monitoring.
Project Coordination
Manage tasks within project management tools (e.g., Asana), keeping timelines and deliverables up to date.
Prepare task briefs, assign deliverables, and track deadlines across creative and channel teams.
Coordinate asset collection, testing, and delivery to ensure projects launch on time.
Support creative QA and basic testing for site assets, promotions, and campaign updates.
Requirements
Must‑Have:
3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, project management, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Experience working with marketing calendars, timelines, or campaign roadmaps.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and proactive follow‑through.
Nice‑Have:
Exposure to performance marketing KPIs and basic marketing reporting.
Experience working in eCommerce or DTC brands.
Understanding of influencer, paid media, or Amazon workflows.
Interest in growing into a more strategic brand or marketing role.
