Specialties Sales Manager page is loaded## Specialties Sales Managerlocations: Sorocabaposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-29656**“Team Overview and Job responsibilities:**We are looking fora Sales Manager - Specialties to join our team.Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for :* Develop and execute business strategies in the Infrastructure and Oil & Gas markets, expanding the company's market position, strengthening relationships with EPC and Construction companies, and driving sustainable revenue and market share growth.* Coordinate sales activities, prospect for business in the market and product application areas, aiming for greater sales participation to ensure the goals and results established in the management plan. Coordinate the work of Representatives, seeking to increase knowledge, build relationships, and consolidate business relationships with clients.* Participate in defining plans, together with Management, for sales goals, strategies, and policies, subsidizing and supporting decisions with market information and data for negotiations with clients and representatives, as well as analyzing and monitoring the results of plans and goals for necessary adjustments, ensuring the achievement of results. We are looking for a person with the following skills and motivations:**Technical Requirements And Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields.* Experience in sales in the electrical materials or related segments, with a focus on the infrastructure and oil & gas markets. Experience in sales to EPC companies and construction companies specialized in:### - Transportation (Subways and Trains);### - Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, and Biofuels;### - Thermal, Hydroelectric, and Nuclear Power Plants;### - Mining;### - Pulp and Paper;### - Electrical Substations;### - Highways, Ports, and Airports* Ability to use Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Power BI and Sales Force* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.* Proven ability in pipeline management, forecasting, and the execution of commercial strategies.* Management of sales volume, margin and marketing share KPI’s **Behavioral Competencies** * Demonstrate administrative aptitude, time management and ability to multitask.* Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressful circumstances.* Ambition, autonomy, and resilience.* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, identifying synergies beyond one’s own business segment.* Empathy and diversity in the management of its customers promoting the company in the most different levels of customer organization.* Solid technical understanding of the sales process in order to influence customers responsibility.* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills.*Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
