Sales and Business Development Role
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and business development to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting activities using various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
* Inbound lead generation by monitoring and analyzing website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality.
* Research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points, enabling effective positioning and promotion of our product or service.
* Handle inquiries and requests from potential customers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.
* Follow up on sales processes with potential customers, providing necessary information and support to facilitate the sales team's success.
* Regularly report and analyze sales and marketing data, providing insights into lead sources, quality, and conversion rates to improve sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles.
* Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of the relevant industry and technologies.
