* Assisting clients in navigating the Digistore24 platform, including introducing new features and addressing concerns.
* Fostering continued business by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value.
* Communicating effectively with clients through chats or video calls to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
* Collaborating with team members across various departments when necessary to meet account satisfaction goals.
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs.
* Continued self-education for industry knowledge and platform features.
