Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Marketing & Affiliate Analyst to join our team. This is a new role designed for someone who loves working with numbers and data and is eager to learn about marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will help manage our affiliate program, analyze performance, and support broader marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the company’s affiliate program, including publisher relationships.
Analyze marketing performance data to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
Learn and apply marketing strategies and digital advertising tactics.
Maintain accurate records and reporting to ensure campaigns and initiatives are tracked properly.
Interface professionally with clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfort with data, ratios, and metrics.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Ability to problem-solve and investigate root causes independently.
Strong communication skills; professional demeanor.
A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience in marketing, affiliate management, or data analysis is a plus, but the right attitude and analytical ability are more important.
Willingness to learn digital marketing concepts and adapt quickly.
