We are hiring: ASSISTENTE DE ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE

Responsibilities
Perform active and receptive customer service via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels;
Record and monitor demands in the system, ensuring quick and effective responses;
Focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, aiming for the best experience;
Support internal departments with customer feedback and information;
Participate in meetings and training for continuous improvement;
Analyze service indicators (NPS, response time, etc.) and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years experience in customer service (in-person, online, or hybrid);
High school diploma (college courses or degree preferred);
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Organization, patience, and proactivity;
Comfort with technology and service systems (CRM, ERPs, etc.);
Ability to handle multiple demands and resolve conflicts empathetically.
What We Offer
Salary: R$ 2,500.00
