Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Data Scientist to drive business growth through data-driven marketing and personalization strategy. Your expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer segmentation models will play a pivotal role in identifying actionable buying groups within Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Segmentation Models: Develop and refine customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms to identify high-value buying groups.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to build and scale personalized frameworks that enhance campaign performance.
* Integrate Advanced Analytics: Integrate advanced models and segmentation logic into CDPs such as Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar.
* Apply Machine Learning Techniques: Leverage machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
* Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
* Expertise in designing and implementing customer segmentation models.
* Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and integrating advanced analytics.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
