The technical solution and build are already in place, supported by architects and implementation partners. This role focuses on helping the business adopt, optimise, and fully leverage SAP TM to achieve operational excellence.The consultant will combine techno-functional knowledge of SAP TM with advisory, change management, and project management skills to ensure the system is embedded into daily business processes, embraced by end users, and continuously improved.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Advisory & Change ManagementAct as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers.Guide the organisation through process change and adoption of SAP TM.Develop and execute a structured change management and communication plan.Process OptimisationReview and refine transportation and logistics processes to align with industry best practices.Provide recommendations for freight planning, carrier collaboration, settlement, and execution.Ensure integration of TM processes with wider supply chain and ERP (SAP S/4HANA).Training & Knowledge EnablementDeliver targeted training sessions to end users, key users, and leadership teams.Produce clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials.Build in-house knowledge to ensure sustainable long-term operations.Project & Stakeholder ManagementWork alongside solution architects and the build team to ensure business needs are realised.Coordinate activities across business, IT, and external vendors to drive alignment.Provide project reporting, milestone tracking, and KPI measurement.Continuous ImprovementIdentify areas for system and process enhancement post go-live.Proactively support issue resolution and ensure business continuity.Advise on industry trends and SAP TM roadmap to keep the client future-ready.Required Experience & SkillsCore SAP ExpertiseDeep, hands-on SAP TM knowledge (configuration + business processes).Proven experience in advisory and post-implementation roles with SAP TM.Strong background in U.S. transportation/logistics processes.Advisory & Change ManagementExperience delivering organisational change, user adoption strategies, and training programs.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Project ManagementAbility to support client-side project governance and coordination.Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs.Additional KnowledgeFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA Logistics, SAP Event Management, and EWM integration.Understanding of SAP TM end-to-end, including planning, execution, settlement, and analytics.Why Join?This is a unique client-side advisory role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders and the project team to ensure SAP TM delivers maximum business value.
