We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in south America on new equipment for Beverages. He/she will be responsible for customers' satisfaction while managing relations with other internal stakeholders, ultimately ensuring Sidel's sales strategy implementation.Your MissionDefine the sales strategy for the projects in his/her designated areaManage existing customers and develop new accountsDevelop customers` intimacy, follow one-face-to-the-customer concept and ensure market knowledgeEnsure the successful execution of the whole sales project: From negotiations with customers to proper internal communication until the acceptance of the equipmentManage proactively sales activities, with particular emphasis on:Analysis and prioritizing of commercial proposals to customersParticipation in Sidel commercial activitiesSales Forecast submission in line with the policies of the GroupParticipate to market intelligence and segmentation (OI+CD, Pipeline, competitors ‘quotes, sales benchmarks vs. Competitors)Be accountable for order intake and profitabilityYour Profile3-5 years of experience in sales & account managementPackaging industry knowledge is a strong plusProject management skills is a strong plusAbility to drive internal and external communicationAvailability to travel 50%
