Requirements
At least three years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
More than four years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with expertise in Agile methodologies.
Mastery of Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency and streamline workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and advanced English proficiency.
