About the Opportunity
We are seeking a professional to facilitate Agile practices in a Product & Engineering environment.
* Ensure alignment with Agile principles and support distributed teams.
* Collaborate closely with Agile leadership and assist with SAFe practices implementation.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced Scrum Master who can guide one or two Scrum teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
* Support team performance and delivery improvement.
* Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
