**What You Will Do**
- Drive the advancement of the Principle Based Management Culture, inspiring your direct reports to a contribution mentality, creating an open, empowered environment, where people talk and challenge themselves, thus helping to increase self-realization
- For your team to transform, you must help each of your team members engage in personal transformation - developing new practices, habits, mental models, skills and knowledge creating the greatest value
- Move forward with the 5D to close gaps based on the Operations Vision
- Lead QMS (ISO 9001:2015) audit (internal and external)
- Partnership with Commercial team in developing solutions and meeting our customer needs
- Working together supervisors and shop floor team to promote bottom up solution
- Be an influencer of people by providing coaching to meet the Operation Vision, responsible management and operations
- Interaction with Quality Managers from other sites in search of knowledge and challenges
- Visiting customers due claims or help them solve problems
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience in quality/production and people management
- Desirable to have managed quality/production team of float sites or glass processors
- Engineering graduated
- Advanced English
- Available to travel
- Be a data driven
- Facilitator between site and customers
- Negotiation
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- QMS leader audit (ISO 9001:2015)
- Postgraduate degree or MBA desirable
- Knowledge: LPA (Layered Process Audit), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Problem Statement; 8D
- Ability to adapt to different cultures
- Ability to execute through people
- Genuine interest in developing people
- Strong skills to Influence people
- Sense of urgency and prioritization
- Humility (dealing with reality in a constructive way)
