Your Key Responsibilities
You will be central in shaping business data-driven marketing strategy, building robust models that inform customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and product development.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale buying group frameworks.
* Integrate advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms.
* Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* +5 Years of experience working as a Data Scientist.
* +3 Years of experience working with AI.
* +2 Years of experience working with Machine Learning.
* +2 Years of experience working with LLMs.
* +1 Year of experience working with Agentic AI.
* Advanced English Level is required for this role.
