Senior IT Governance Analyst is responsible for driving and enhancing our organizations IT governance framework, ensuring that processes, policies, and controls are aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. This position combines analytical, strategic, and operational expertise to establish accountability, mitigate risks, and foster continuous improvement across all IT areas.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and monitor IT governance frameworks based on COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 38500 principles.Define, review, and update IT policies, procedures, and standards in collaboration with process owners and leadership.Conduct governance assessments, risk evaluations, and internal audits to ensure adherence to internal and external requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOX, LGPD/GDPR).Establish and maintain KPIs, KRIs, and performance dashboards for IT processes, services, and compliance.Support and monitor ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management).Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on risk mitigation, process maturity, and compliance posture.Facilitate periodic governance committees, audits, and management reviews.Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure integrated governance across all technology areas.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Masters degree a plus).Deep understanding of governance and management frameworks (COBIT 2019, ITIL v4, ISO 27001, ISO 38500).Experience defining and tracking KPIs and control metrics across IT functions.Knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
