SAP S/4HANA FICO AMS Consultant

Key Responsibilities
* Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) modules.
* Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring system issues.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities with finance teams.
* Handle critical finance incidents and communicate updates to business and IT stakeholders.
* Support and troubleshoot SAP FI modules including:
* General Ledger (FI-GL)
* Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
* Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
* Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
* Bank Accounting and Electronic Bank Statements
* Provide support for Controlling (CO) processes during closing cycles including:
* Material Ledger
* Cost Center Accounting
* Profit Center Accounting
* Allocations and settlements
* Analyze integration issues between finance and logistics processes such as FI-MM and FI-SD integrations.
* Deliver minor system enhancements and configuration updates within the AMS support scope.
* Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Participate in change management and release processes.
* Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with audit and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
* 7–10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or application support.
* Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
* Proven experience in Application Management Support (AMS) or production support environments.
* Solid knowledge of FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
* Working knowledge of SAP CO processes, especially Material Ledger and month-end close activities.
* Experience handling incident management, problem management, and service requests.
* Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
* Understanding of Brazil localization, taxes, and statutory financial requirements is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
* SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus.
