* Experience as a business analyst in mobility projects and/or system integration is desired.
* Knowledge of agile methods and management tools (Jira, Azure Boards) is required.
* Ability to create test cases and validate functional requirements is essential.
* Advanced English skills are necessary.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Eliciting and documenting business requirements
• Mapping processes
• Defining acceptance criteria
• Taking on the QA role in the final phase to ensure delivery meets business needs
You will also gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Additionally, you will map the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points (app) and output (EDI), document integrations, data formats, and business rules, define metrics and success criteria for the proof-of-concept, create test cases, perform functional validation in the final phase, report defects, and follow up on corrections with the technical team.
