Delivery Excellence: Senior Project Manager Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to spearhead delivery execution for intricate, cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic agile engineering environment.
This role serves as a central figure, bridging business, product, and engineering priorities, ensuring work is delivered with quality, consistency, and alignment.
* Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans, encompassing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to oversee work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira).
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* IDentify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Foster working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
Key Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
