Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects per day.
* Interact with clients via email, phone or WeChat about their needs.
* Work with colleagues to ensure quality, speed and cost expectations are met.
* IDentify colleagues to assist based on relevant time zones or regions for the project.
* Present linguists' experience in a relevant way for the project.
* Recruit new linguists if needed.
* Evaluate profitability and client satisfaction.
* Synch up expectations between client(s) and linguist(s).
* Chaperone calls to ensure they begin successfully.
* Speak with clients after projects to make sure they are satisfied.
