Business Development Assistant
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our sales team and support business development activities in the public sector.
* Scout and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals across various countries
* Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
The ideal candidate will have:
* Fluent English, with business-level proficiency in Portuguese and German (B2-C1)
* Excellent knowledge in MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
