Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in energy utilities with a focus on electricity distribution.
- Strong understanding of distribution network operations, load management, and grid reliability.
- Experience working with utility systems such as DMS, OMS, SCADA, AMI, or GIS.
- Knowledge of energy market regulations, compliance standards, and industry frameworks.
- Strong experience in utility business processes including metering, billing, outage management, and asset management.
- Experience collaborating with IT teams on system implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
