Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our SaaS product. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and ensuring that our platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design. They will be proficient in Figma and have experience working with SaaS products. A solid portfolio showcasing their work is essential for this role.
As a mid-level designer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals. You will be responsible for designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products. Additionally, you will improve usability and visual consistency across the platform, collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery, apply UX thinking to simplify complex interfaces, maintain and evolve design systems and UI components, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products.
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms.

* Advanced proficiency in Figma (required).
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
