What you will do Manage and develop strategic relationships with clients who hire staffing outsourcing services. Ensure open positions are filled on time and in accordance with client requirements. Guarantee legal and contractual compliance, including labor laws, social security, and outsourcing regulations in Brazil. Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to optimize staffing processes. Analyze and manage the profitability of client contracts. Monitor contribution margins, labor costs, invoicing, and collections. Propose strategies to improve financial efficiency and optimize operational costs. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with current clients. Explore new markets and expansion opportunities within the outsourcing sector. Present value propositions aligned with the client's strategic needs. Monitor and report service KPIs: vacancy coverage, turnover rate, client satisfaction, and financial performance. Prepare periodic reports for leadership with performance analysis of key accounts. Who you are Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in key account management in staffing or personnel outsourcing companies. Experience managing high-volume, high-turnover clients with demanding standards. Strong financial knowledge of outsourcing contracts (labor costs, profitability, invoicing, collections). The skills and experience you will bring Knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security regulations related to outsourcing. Experience with performance, profitability, and legal compliance indicators in outsourcing. Advanced Excel skills (financial management, costing, and reporting). Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strategic client management and results-oriented mindset. Leadership and ability to manage a team. What we offer you!
