Business Insights Specialist
The Business Insights Specialist will collaborate with senior leadership to accelerate data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions related to customer behavior, product usage, sales performance, and financial trends
* Support in-depth projects such as pipeline evaluation, consumption reporting, sales attainment analysis, and profitability modeling
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
* Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from cloud-based databases
* Contribute to the development of repeatable data models for key performance indicators
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
* Adequate SQL skills with a willingness to improve and expand expertise
* Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
* Strong analytical reasoning and ability to connect data to business outcomes
