Job Opportunity: Customer Success Professional
CAS is seeking a seasoned consultant to provide expert guidance in customer success, business development, and strategic communication. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities.
* Foster strong relationships with clients across multiple levels within their organizations.
* Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have excellent consultative skills, the ability to facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions, and provide guidance to help customers realize the full value of our solutions.
The successful candidate will also be able to develop a pipeline of new business opportunities, conduct prospecting activities, and deliver compelling presentations to build awareness of our solutions.
In addition, they will support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events, and represent us at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
