We're looking for a Sales Director to join our team and lead strategic customer relationships across the region.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring contract renewals, developing strong customer partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll lead negotiations, manage key accounts, and help position our most advanced products and services within a dynamic market.
What you'll do:
* Maximize contract value and protect customer revenue
* Lead strategic account planning and forecasting
* Oversee renewals, negotiations, and product roadmap alignment
* Manage CRM data and an account management team
* Build long-term relationships and grow our footprint
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field
* 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles
* Advanced English (spoken and written);
Portuguese and Spanish are a plus
* Proven ability to manage complex contracts and strategic accounts
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Experience in tech, digital solutions, telecommunications, or financial services is highly valued
* Ability to travel as needed within the region
