Main Responsibilities:
* Business Requirements Analysis and Specification: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
* Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
* Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):
* Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst in an IT environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Languages: Advanced English language skills.
Tools and Abilities:
* Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio.
* Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
* Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.
* Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
