Training Program Manager
This role entails delivering exceptional service to our clients in Frankfurt by supporting the Operations team. The Training Program Manager will collaborate closely with the client's learning delivery team to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate training needs provided by clients and determine the necessary number of sessions to train trainees according to courses and site requirements.
* Initiate and manage session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation requests where required.
* Organize training sessions based on trainees' expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Support completion of training activities by tracking attendance and invoicing if necessary.
* Adhere to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
* Ensure Learner Support Level 2.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* International work environment exposure.
* Understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer-focused mindset.
* Team player.
* Clear communication skills.
* Attention to detail, structured approach, and prioritization capabilities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
* Cornerstone or LMS proficiency is a plus.
* Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
