Removal Defense (EOIR). Asylum & Humanitarian Relief (U/T visas, VAWA, SIJS). Family‑Based Immigration. Your Role as a Declaration Drafter
We are looking for an immigration declaration drafter to join our team of Warriors. We do not require experience; we offer a full training program. The ideal candidate is 100% fluent in English and Portuguese, has excellent writing and communication skills, is detail-oriented and a self-starter. Experience in the Psychological or Social Services field. Must be able to work well with different cultures and languages. We require a positive attitude and someone who strives for finding solutions instead of obstacles. We would like the new Warrior to be able to commit full-time to this position (9am-6pm PST).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Handle daily client communications. Maintains filing systems as assigned. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
