About this Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Consultant to join our team. This is a strategic and technical role at the intersection of marketing technology and fan experience, especially within fast-paced industries.
You will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to clients' unique business needs, with a sharp focus on delivering measurable marketing impact and enhancing the fan journey across touchpoints.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* A architect and lead the delivery of complex solutions that are scalable, future-proof, and aligned with client goals
* Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their fans' behaviors, journeys, and content consumption habits, and translate those insights into personalized activations
* Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices in data design and campaign orchestration
* Drive the technical delivery of projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time completion, high-quality outputs, and alignment with scope and budget
* Stay current with evolving capabilities and broader trends to help clients maintain a competitive edge in engaging fans
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in marketing technology implementations, with deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and related tools
* Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics and how to architect solutions that influence outcomes such as ROI, CLTV, churn, and campaign lift
* Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster a collaborative delivery environment
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with clients in sports, media, or entertainment industries
* Familiarity with fan engagement strategies, event-driven personalization, and omnichannel orchestration
