Job Title: Agile Coach
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Product and Engineering environment. As a key member of our team, you will support the development and implementation of Agile practices across multiple teams.
About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals who are comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership. You will partner with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions to foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles
- Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team
- Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
- Identify escalate and help remove impediments impacting team progress
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Scrum of Scrums)
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
- Experience working with distributed global teams
