Role Overview
Operate Talent is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – International Trade to act as a Country Representative for operations between Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Paraguay) and Lebanon.
This role is critical in managing end-to-end projects related to the sourcing, logistics, and delivery of power-generating machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless coordination between both regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage international trade projects involving power-generating equipment
* Coordinate sourcing, transportation, and delivery between Latin America and Lebanon
* Act as the main point of contact representing the country of operation
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Maintain clear communication with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders across regions
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in project management within international trade, logistics, or a related field
* Exposure to power-generating machinery or industrial equipment is a strong advantage
* Experience working across Latin American and Middle Eastern markets is highly preferred
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage cross-border operations and multiple stakeholders
Language Requirements
* Professional proficiency in Arabic (mandatory)
* Proficiency in Portuguese
* Good command of English is an advantage
