We're Hiring – Financial Analyst (AR & AP)
Location: Camaçari, Bahia (100% on-site)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Brazilian financial regulations.
This professional will handle daily financial routines in SAP, assist with audits, and help maintain data accuracy and process integrity.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor the full cycle of AR & AP processes — including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment and assist in financial statement preparation.
• Maintain and update master data and records in SAP with accuracy and integrity.
• Execute and analyze financial reports using SAP transaction codes (e.g. XD01, VF01, F-28, F-32, FBL5N, FBRA, MIRO, F-47, J1B1N, etc.).
• Support AR & AP compliance checks and internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve process efficiency.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian financial and tax policies.
• Experience with SAP financial modules (AR/AP).
• Proactive attitude, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
