* Utilize internal knowledge bases to find and provide solutions to known issues
* Conduct research and implement resolutions as needed to address emerging issues
* Update the ticket tracking system with accurate information and fixes
* Evaluate and escalate issues to relevant parties as necessary, ensuring timely resolution
