 
        
        Job Title: Business Analyst/Tester
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, solution design, and testing.
Responsibilities:
 * Gather and document business requirements through engagement with stakeholders.
 * Map, analyze, and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities.
 * Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
 * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare training materials for end-users.
 * Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood.
 * Maintain ongoing optimization of Salesforce configurations.
Requirements:
 * Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing (UAT).
 * Ability to write business cases, create wireframes, and flow diagrams.
 * Experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
 * Basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL is advantageous.
