PHP Developer -Remote WorkJoin an international teamYou will be formally hired and employed by Taller, but you will work 100% dedicated to our partner client based in the Czech Republic. Your primary mission will be enhancing and developing features for a web application.You will collaborate closely with the client and their stakeholders, including a product manager, frontend engineer and designer, while being responsible for key parts of the product lifecycle.The application consists of a WordPress, built with modern PHP standards, and with a hybrid rendering system consisting of PHP server-rendering, plus React client-rendering on some more complex/interactive UIs. It is deployed via SSH into a specialized, managed hosting/cloud platform.Technical requirementsDeep expertise in object-oriented PHP;Deep expertise in WordPress engineering;Experience with CloudFlare or similars;Proficient in New Relic monitoring;Proficient in React engineering;Proficient in WebPack or similar JS bundling solutions;Familiar with GitHub Actions or similar automated CI/CD workflows;Experience onboarding into and maintaining existing codebases in the related tech-stack;Proficient level of English, spoken and written;Strong sense of ownership and accountability;Strong level of autonomy in day-to-day decisions;Experience translating technical concepts into client-friendly language;Minimum hour availability 9AM–2PM Brazilian time (2–7PM CET)We do not expect uninterrupted availability, but overall availability for regular scheduled meetings and ad-hoc sync communicationEmployment structureContract type: PJWork arrangement: 100% Remote.Salary: Above 15kWe value team fit and a proactive attitude.
