* Develop strong relationships with professors at leading universities to integrate high-quality educational content into their courses.
* Ensure users derive maximum value from their subscription by providing excellent support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily outreach to faculty via phone calls, emails, and one-on-one demonstrations to promote educational content.
* Increase adoption of our products by delivering engaging product awareness sessions.
* Grow engagement and usage by delivering presentations at conferences and exhibitions.
* Strengthen subscription renewal outcomes by ensuring seamless implementation support.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in a Life Science discipline is required.
* One to three years of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
* Fluent communication skills in English are essential.
