About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers via various channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via chat and tickets.
* Maintain high levels of performance in accordance with department standards.
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, announcements, and updates to ensure seamless communication with customers.
* Adhere to assigned working hours and demonstrate punctuality in scheduled shifts.
* Identify and report system errors or service disruptions to the team lead or senior agents.
* Elevate complex customer issues to the team lead or senior agents for proper follow-up and resolution.
Requirements
* Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Possess excellent customer service skills, being empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious.
* Be available to work a schedule from Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM GMT+3), with Saturday and Sunday as days off.
Preferred Qualifications
* Work experience in customer support.
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
