And that's where you come in:Role OverviewThe Channel Account Manager for Brazil will collaborate with Channel Partners to meet sales quotas and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will use consultative and strategic selling skills, with a strong understanding of the Educational Technology industry, in both public and private sectors. Your success will help Partners meet channel program expectations and uphold the Canvas brand by providing a world-class customer experience.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and manage sales opportunities with designated Partners in the region, maintaining an accurate sales funnel with current status updates.Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts in Salesforce to meet or exceed quotas.Manage and execute Partner planning documentation.Meet with Partners, participate in joint sales calls, and assist in closing opportunities.Help Partners expand their product knowledge and sales opportunities, fostering growth.Train Partners on product features, processes, and effective sales techniques.Escalate pricing, SLA, or other issues as needed.Coordinate access to Sales Engineering, Field Marketing, and overlay resources.Disseminate communications and announcements.Coordinate local Partner participation in events and training.Drive product promotions and programs.Attend trade shows and conference calls as designated.Stay informed on all products, programs, and promotions.Complete tasks independently according to project schedules or management instructions.Maintain updated information on company websites regarding webinars, price lists, and contacts.Support the development of sales collateral for Channel Partners.RequirementsUnderstanding of technology in education and LMS marketplace.At least 4 years of experience working with Channel Partners.Proven ability to build strong relationships and partnerships.Intermediate knowledge of company financial metrics.Excellent communication skills, friendly and articulate over the phone, professional in writing.Self-motivated, competitive, with strong prioritization skills.Ability to create presentations and sales materials.Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.Ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong written and oral communication skills.Willingness and ability to travel within Brazil regularly.We value diversity and are committed to equal opportunity employment.
