**Job Summary**
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Prometheus Group products and services to new and existing customers. This role requires a self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients.
Main Responsibilities:
1. LATAM Sales and Territory Development: Achieve or exceed quota targets, develop effective opportunity/account plans, and establish/maintain key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
2. Pipeline Management: Develop and deliver overviews, presentations, and coordinate high-level functional product demonstrations to new and existing accounts.
3. Regional Development: Participate in the development of the assigned region, including account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
4. Business Case Development: Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline, keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.
5. Territory Development: Find and nurture opportunities for company solutions by cold calling into targeted companies and following up with leads.
6. Salesforce Management: Maintain Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
Requirements:
* B.S/B.A. in Business, Communication, or related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* 2-4 years' sales experience within software.
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator.
* Able to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as within a team.
