Role Overview
The BEES Global Retail Media & CRM team is seeking a CRM Campaign Analyst to support the centralized execution and optimization of digital communication campaigns through the Braze platform. The role will focus on implementing CRM campaigns, defining audiences across communication channels, and ensuring efficient execution aligned with marketing and business objectives. Working closely with global and local stakeholders, the analyst will execute and monitor campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and generate insights to improve engagement and conversion metrics. The role will also translate campaign results into actionable learnings and best practices to support the development of customer’s communication and marketing capabilities, contributing to a more scalable and data-driven CRM operation across markets.
Roles And Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Assist local teams in launching and optimizing campaigns for customers
Data Insights: Work closely with local teams and data specialists to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Analyze communication performance metrics using data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement within the digital communication channels
Test & Learn: Guide & execute testing roadmaps in order to leverage actionable learnings across online modules and partners
Artwork Development: Co-own internal artwork development needs along with local teams & internal agency
Customer-centric: Establish a regular feedback routine with customers and internal teams (Key Account Manager, marketplace services team) and deliver ongoing training to improve campaigns results
Provide regular performance reports and insights to local teams and management, helping inform future communication strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and procedures for global measurement guidelines
Qualifications
Experience in Braze (Nice to Have) or a related field (Digital communication, CRM, Integrated Marketing Campaign) & Channels: In app, push notifications, slide up, banner, storyly
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in handling technical issues and campaign management in a digital communications setting
Tech-savvy with experience in collaborating with technical teams (engineering, product, etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different teams
Fluent English required, Spanish required
