About the Role
We are looking for a Email Graphic Designer to lead and elevate creative execution across our Retention & Lifecycle Marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer who not only produces exceptional email creative but also drives efficiency through design systems, mentors junior talent, and contributes to broader marketing storytelling through high-impact visual content.
You will play a key role in shaping how brands communicate with their customers across email and lifecycle channels—while also extending creative into thought leadership assets such as case studies, one-pagers, and slide decks used across LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
As part of our Creative Guild, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional creative leaders across UI/UX, branding, and digital experience to continuously evolve our standards and capabilities.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and execution of high-performing email campaigns and automated lifecycle programs across multiple clients
Translate marketing strategy into compelling, conversion-focused creative that aligns with brand guidelines
Develop polished one-pagers, case studies, and presentation decks for use in marketing, sales, and thought leadership (e.g., LinkedIn, blog content)
Own and evolve email design systems, including reusable components, templates, and documentation to improve speed and consistency
Collaborate closely with strategists, campaign managers, developers, and other creatives to deliver best-in-class lifecycle experiences
Oversee the preparation and handoff of designs in Figma for seamless implementation across platforms
Incorporate and optimize AI-driven workflows (e.g., generative imagery, copy, and layout exploration)
Configure and refine AI agents to generate content aligned with brand voice and creative standards
Analyze creative performance and iterate based on insights to continuously improve results
Manage multiple projects and timelines across a portfolio of clients
Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Email Graphic Designers, supporting skill development and creative quality
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback
Help establish and uphold creative best practices across the team
Contribute to onboarding and training materials for new creative team members
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in email design, digital design, or lifecycle marketing creative
Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong command of design systems and component-based design
Proven ability to create visually compelling marketing assets beyond email (e.g., decks, case studies, one-pagers)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design principles
Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing or agency environments
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Ability to balance creative vision with performance-driven outcomes
