If you are a natural leader who takes ownership and knows how to get the best out of people, this role is for you.Essential Technical Requirements Video Editing Expertise: Proven experience in video editing for social media, e-commerce, or marketing content (portfolio required). Team Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a team of editors. Quality Control: Ability to review deliverables, provide clear and constructive feedback, and maintain creative consistency. Process Orientation: Experience managing workflows, deadlines, and delivery schedules. Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing tools. English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English for team coordination and reporting.Bonus (Not mandatory but valued) Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) style video production. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or sound design. Familiarity with AI tools for creative optimization.
