Business Operations Analyst/Project Manager Role

1. Project & Strategic Support:

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
2. Data Analysis & Insights:
* Collect and analyze information to identify business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
* Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform decision-making.
3. Process Optimization:
* Review workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills:
* Proficiency in Data Analysis and Visualization Tools:
o Power BI experience is preferred but not required.
